Executive Director
Operation Read

Operation Read, Inc. is seeking candidates for the position of Executive Director. This position has responsibilities for administering programs for adult literacy and English as A Second Language (ESL) learners; grant-writing and fundraising; and promoting the cause of adult literacy to the community.
Qualifications include:

*Masters Degree in adult education, ESL, or related field
*Effective written and oral communications
*Experience in grant writing and fundraising
*Experience in management, three years preferred.

Salary and benefits are negotiable.
